I’ve spent years walking alongside families as a doula, yoga teacher, and coach. Again and again, I’ve seen the truth: parents don’t struggle because they’re broken—they struggle because our systems don’t support them. And that’s what I’m here to change.

I’m the founder of Contra Costa Family Nest, a visionary hub that will bring together midwives, doulas, yoga, massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, community care, and so much more under one roof. My work is rooted in trauma-informed practices, holistic wellness, and the belief that postpartum is a lifelong status.

​

I’m also the CEO of Phoenix Transformations, where I’ve built programs that help parents and other leaders reparent themselves, heal their nervous systems, and navigate the biggest transitions of their lives. From birth rooms to boardrooms, I know how to hold space and lead transformation.

​

I’m not just starting a center—I’m building a movement. One that says families deserve better, outcomes improve with more support, and when parents thrive, communities rise with them.
