Schedule a free Meet the Birth Professionals event with Bay Area Empowered Birth Doulas and connect your community to resources for the birth experience they deserve. At these events, we provide education on relevant birthing topics as well as a space for families and birthing people to connect and build their support system. Event topics range and change from event to event.

The Contra Costa Family Nest Birth & Wellness Center is a community-driven initiative focused on expanding access to integrative perinatal care. By fostering a network of trauma-informed providers and developing an evidence-based birth center model, we aim to transform the way families experience pregnancy, birth, and early parenting in our region.
